Everthought Education

Everthought Education Group is a vocational education group established by Arowana in 2016 and headquartered in Brisbane, Australia. It comprises college campuses in Queensland and Western Australia, with facilitated learning operations in New South Wales, Victoria, South Australia, Tasmania and the Australian Capital Territory. Arowana is taking a buy-and-build approach to scale up Everthought Education, initially focusing on the growth within the Australian vocational education market.

Everthought Education’s colleges and operations deliver industry-recognised courses, from Certificate I through to Advanced Diploma, as well as highly regarded professional development workshops and tailored skills advancement. Everthought provides opportunities for students, professionals and leaders to study through a variety of learning modes, such as on campus, blended e-learning, facilitated workshops, apprenticeships and recognition of prior learning. Everthought caters to domestic and international students, and has funding sources and content access available for different students.

Everthought represents Arowana’s new vocational education platform following the exit of Intueri Education from the Arowana stable of companies. Since its establishment in July 2016, Everthought has acquired three businesses and recruited a strong leadership team led by CEO Sean Steele. Arowana has been working closely with Sean and his team, providing strategic and operational support across various functions. Each acquisition has been led, managed and consummated by an Arowana Investment Director, and the Arowana Operations Director has led the very important process of onboarding and integrating each college into the group. Arowana has also seconded its HR and IT executives to Everthought to help roll out HR-in-a-Box and IT-in-a-Box.
