Born and raised in Hong Kong and now based in Sydney, Patrick’s role as People and Operations Coordinator involves producing videos and assisting in the creation and delivery of Learning & Development courses for all employees, and streamlining business support processes.
Patrick graduated with a Bachelor of Science (Psychology) from the University of Sydney. He is passionate about Learning & Development and sees this as his ultimate career path.
The secret to success? Drive. It's all well and good having the knowledge and ability, but at the end of the day, people with the drive are the most successful, as they have proactive action, or “proaction”, as I like to call it.
