From Antwerp to New York, to Dubai and Singapore, Dirk Rossey has lived and worked all over the world. His career began in earnest at Inchcape in Hong Kong and since then he has worked for a range of international organisations such as J.P. Morgan, Dubai Holding, Dubai Bank, and EY. Dirk specialises in connecting the business aspects associated with organisational behaviour, change management, process improvement, and leadership with the people who make it happen. His goal has always been to have the freedom to try new ways of designing learning and development models with the ultimate aim of growing people.
