At Arowana, he plays a key role in driving business and technology operations, with a focus on supporting our expansion in the Middle East. He provides the team with strategic insights and hands-on execution support that drive innovation and scalable growth.
Prior to joining Arowana, Naeem worked with Gratia Consulting, where he led strategic projects across sectors such as edtech, insurance, and healthcare. He also contributed to policy initiatives at the International Advisory Group (UAE), including support for the WTO’s Ministerial Conference.
Naeem holds an MBA from Lahore University of Management Sciences and completed a Globalization Module at the University of California, Berkeley. He also earned a bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering with a focus on embedded systems.
