Born in the United Kingdom but raised in Sydney, Joel Crowe holds a Bachelor of Accounting degree, majoring in Accounting and Finance, and is a qualified Chartered Accountant. Joel started his career at Macquarie Group before moving on to turnaround consulting and corporate advisory at KordaMentha and 333 Capital, where he worked alongside the senior management of several ASX-listed companies to help restructure their businesses.
As an Investment Associate Director at Arowana, Joel is responsible for identifying and assessing investment opportunities. Joel also works closely with investee management teams in developing and executing strategic initiatives and navigating periods of transformation.
